Woodland Hills, CA July 11, 2006—Jerry Roumm, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Asset Foreclosure Services (AFS), a Southern Californiabased national trustee firm, has now expanded his knowledge-base throughout the entire Los Angeles region.

Roumm will focus on building relationships within the mortgage default industry and continue providing the personalized service he has supplied to his clients for the past 18 years. “My paramount goal is to process my clients’ beneficial interests as expeditiously and economically as possible,” says Roumm. Prior to joining AFS, Roumm served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for S.B.S. Trust Deed Network in Los Angeles. Previously, Roumm served in an executive position with Consolidated Reconveyance Company, also in Los Angeles.
